Beijing Hangfeng has newly launched the FYH08 Intelligent Cloud Box for Oil Monitoring. Building on the functions of the existing FYH series, this product adds a perception-layer intelligent agent and a data management system at the edge, enabling the deep integration of smart IoT management and intelligent diagnosis. It effectively addresses industry pain points such as scattered equipment operation and maintenance and delayed response.

Integrating advanced sensing technology, IoT communication, and a predictive maintenance large model, the FYH08 is a new-generation online condition monitoring product for industrial equipment. Targeting industrial equipment scenarios, it provides real-time, continuous, and remote intelligent management, helping enterprises upgrade their smart operation and maintenance mode from scheduled maintenance to predictive maintenance.

01 Six-Characteristic Design

Maintainability, Safety, Reliability, Environmental Adaptability, Testability, Supportability.

02 Remote Management

Device information, parameters and detection data support local-cloud dual storage, facilitating data analysis and security assurance. Equipped with functions including remote calibration, parameter configuration, debugging and software upgrade.

03 Edge Model Design

Adopts terminal lightweight models and edge computing to realize local O&M early warning. Reserved remote diagnosis interfaces are integrated with AI optimization results to achieve accurate fault location through online-offline collaborative linkage.

04 Intelligent Algorithms

The system integrates optimized algorithms such as bubble elimination, automatic flow control and settlement control. It improves sensor detection accuracy and stability to reach laboratory-level oil quality detection capability, and can accurately predict the remaining service life of lubricants.

05 Integrated Design

Intelligent modules, main controller, touch screen, power supply, storage and communication unit are highly integrated into an all-in-one monitoring enclosure. An oil-electric isolation structural design is adopted to effectively avoid mutual interference between oil circuits and electrical circuits.
