After-sales service process

The standardized process achieves closed-loop service management: After the customer reports malfunctions through multiple channels, the system automatically generates a work order and assigns it to the corresponding technical team; the engineer conducts problem diagnosis and guides replacement of spare parts, then verifies equipment functionality upon completion; within 3 working days, the engineer completes service follow-up to collect feedback and update the equipment maintenance file, while providing value-added services including lifetime warranty and annual health check reports, continuously empowering customers to enhance equipment management capabilities.
