YDG-AG600Z Hydraulic Tester (hereinafter referred to as the "Hydraulic Tester") is primarily used for:
Checking the air tightness of a specific aircraft's hydraulic system.
Debugging and troubleshooting the functions of systems such as the landing gear, various control surfaces, and speed brakes.
Cleaning and purifying the hydraulic system.
Implementing online monitoring of particle contamination levels.
Throughout the entire process, it automatically tracks pressure, flow rate, power, and direction via servo control, ensuring the system consistently operates in an optimally matched state. This Hydraulic Tester is freely mobile and capable of performing the following functions:
To act as a pressure source for the aircraft's hydraulic system and conduct tests on aircraft hydraulic accessories.
To perform operational debugging of various actuators within the aircraft's hydraulic system at set pressures and flow rates.
To implement online detection of the fluid contamination status within the aircraft's hydraulic system.
To conduct rapid and effective cleaning of aircraft hydraulic systems that exceed contamination level standards.
To fill the aircraft with filtered and purified hydraulic fluid meeting qualification standards, and to transfer hydraulic fluid from the aircraft back into the Hydraulic Tester's reservoir.
