The Beijing Hangfeng magnetic flap level gauge adopts mature magnetic‑coupling sensing technology to provide intuitive on‑site two‑color liquid‑level indication. The complete unit is passive with no power supply required. Its fully‑sealed structure eliminates medium leakage.
The product is suitable for harsh working conditions including high temperature, high pressure and heavy corrosion. Optional remote‑transmission transmitter and limit alarm modules are available. Multiple anti‑corrosion materials are offered for the main body with flexible customization, and it features easy and efficient installation, inspection and maintenance.
It is widely used for liquid‑level and interface‑level measurement of various storage tanks and pressure vessels in aviation, energy, chemical, environmental‑protection and other industries. It meets both on‑site visual reading and remote automatic monitoring requirements. Equipped with remote calibration function, it enables round‑the‑clock unattended on‑line data monitoring.
Designed and manufactured in accordance with HG/T21584‑95 standard and complying with Chinese national standard requirements, it can be used for long‑term service both indoors and outdoors.
Equipped with a float stop spring to prevent float damage caused by impact during feeding and venting. The magnetic float adopts a 360° ring‑magnet design for high measurement reliability.
Simple and robust structure. Pressure‑bearing and gas‑tight isolation of components ensures convenient maintenance. It features an original integrated on‑site local‑display and remote‑transmission structure.
Wide pressure resistance range: normally from vacuum up to 40 MPa; max. 2.5 MPa for anti‑corrosion version.
